UNL leaders often have responsibilities that require them to provide support and information to students, faculty, and staff. Roles such as advising, mentoring, or leading groups come with challenges of helping others to manage through stressful situations such as budget cuts, office transitions, and stressors from the community/nation. The goals of this workshop are to discuss these concerns and share how good leadership can help our community to weather problems as they occur. Join us as we learn about this type of stress management. Bridge registration is encouraged.
