Dr. Lee Cohnstaedt from the USDA-ARS office in Manhattan, KS, will present a seminar as part of the UNL Department of Entomology’s Fall 2022 Seminar Series. The title of his presentation is “Detect, predict, protect: a vector-borne disease forecasting program for US agriculture.”

Lee Cohnstaedt is a USDA Research Epidemiologist and his work is best characterized as 2, 4, 6, and 8. Protecting 2 and 4 legged individuals from 6 and 8. This is protecting people and our animals from biting insects and ticks.
