This camp is great for students interested in chemistry, microbiology, and/or emulsification. Come discover all the incredible science behind food production. Science never tasted so good!
Leading this exciting new camp are Dr. Jayne Stratton and Dr. Andreia Bianchini. Dr. Stratton and Dr. Bianchini have led numerous workshops on all topics related to food safety and microbiology, from Better Processing Control School and Food Microbiology workshops to training middle and high school educators on food science curricula.
This camp is for students entering 9th - 12th grade and high schoolers may apply at any time. If the camp does not fill, middle school-aged students may apply after April 10. This camp is free and limited to the first 20 students who register.
