STRESS & WELLBEING PRESENTATION:
HOW DO YOU COPE?
You’re probably aware that life in design school and professional practice is rigorous. The students go through long studio hours, drink far too much caffeine, often make bad choices when choosing what to eat and have little to no sleep. To top it off, there are design reviews at the end of each semester, which students neglect their body even more. Design school is a way of life, but it isn’t life. Dietetic Intern at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Jenna Ford,
will talk about how to maintain a good diet, physical health and healthy environment.
During the presentation, Jenna will discuss how to keep yourself well, even during the most stressful/busy times of the semester. This will include:
- Easy and fun 7 minute exercises
- Healthy eating
- Stress Reduction
- And more!
