Join us for a FREE screening of WASTED! The Story of Food Waste, a film that explores a broken food system that sees a staggering amount of food pile up and produces the powerful greenhouse gas methane instead of being distributed to hundreds of millions of hungry people across the planet.
The film will be followed by an interactive panel featuring:
– Mike Shambaugh-Miller, Produce From The Heart
– Dr. Charles Francis, Nebraska Agronomy and Horticulture
– Dr. Mary-Grace Danao, Department of Food Science and Technology
This #Earthstock event is sponsored by the Daugherty Water for Food Global Institute.
