Wellness Wednesdays [NIC Partner Event]

NIC Partners are invited to join a FREE guided mindfulness practice incorporating breathwork, light stretching and self-massage led by Sarah McCurley via zoom. Recharge without sugar or caffeine, de-stress with meditation and combat the negative effects of desk work with stretching in this no sweat, 15-minute class that can be done in your work clothes right at your desk chair. No additional props needed. Session dates: February 3, 10, 17, 24.
