The National Science Foundation is hosting a Distinguished Lecture titled
Black Scientists & Engineers at Our Nation’s HBCUs: Making American History Now, moderated by Dr. Victor McCrary, National Science Board Vice Chair. The panel will include a panel of preeminent African American researchers at HBCUs as they discuss their careers, first hand experiences and the importance of diversity in STEM education. The panelists will also dive into how NSF may have helped in supporting their scientific endeavors and/or in overcoming any challenges or barriers they may have faced.
