It is a free 3-week program that includes three weekly informational newsletters with a weekly goal/challenge and reflection. The purpose is to provide information about the importance of proper sleep and developing habits and sleep hygiene to facilitate quality sleep.

Participants that complete and submit their weekly challenges will receive a free sleep eye mask.

Begins March 1.
