National 4-H Conference is the annual premiere national civic engagement opportunity for 4-H members across the country. Nebraska 4-H may send two delegates each year. Delegates are selected using the Achievement Application and interviews.

Established to raise awareness about the developmental disorder that affects children’s normal development of social and communication skills.

This observance celebrates key events in deaf history, including the founding of Gallaudet University and the American School for the Deaf.

Started in 2004 to recognize and honor the diversity surrounding us all. By celebrating differences and similarities during this month, organizers hope that people will get a deeper understanding of each other.
