This presentation will discuss the management of substance use disorders (SUDs). The first half of the presentation will focus on the legal considerations regarding relevant rules and regulations. Nebraska laws on medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and life-saving drugs and emerging therapies will also be discussed from a legal perspective. The second half of the training will focus on currently available evidence-based pharmacologic treatment options.
