The UNL Food Processing Center is offering a workshop for manufacturers and entrepreneurs who are considering using HPP technology in their production. The one-day introductory and hands-on workshop provides participants an opportunity to interact with industry experts and university researchers and learn more about the theory, regulations, market trends and best practices in HPP. The workshop combines lectures and pilot plant demonstrations. Registration Deadline is September 25, 2019
