St. Peter’s Apiary is operated and maintained by Chuck Dailey, a Certified Master Beekeeper. The apiary was created in 2014 and is part of Growing Common Ground Farm, a community outreach program of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church. St. Peter’s Apiary has been a teaching facility since inception. The facility has multiple hives and support equipment (including 50+ sets of bee suites/gloves) for non-beekeeping visitors.

Each apiary visitor has the option of participating in all hive inspections/demonstrations with close supervision from the Apiary manager.
