The Department of Insurance has multiple Divisions to help in the regulation process such as a Legal, Market Conduct, Producer Licensing, Life & Health, Property & Casualty, and Financial Regulation. Our mission is to safeguard the policyholders in Nebraska and make sure companies are solvent and comply with state statutes and Department regulations.
