Teams planning to submit a proposal to the 2025 Grand Challenges Catalyst Competition are invited to attend a Feb. 6 lunch and learn.
The lunch and learn is hosted by the Office of Research and Innovation from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Nebraska Union Regency Suite. Registration is required.
Nathan Meier, associate vice chancellor for research, capacity and competitiveness, will address questions about the 2025 request for proposals and the process for providing notice of intent to submit, due Feb. 28 at 5 p.m. CST. Only catalyst proposals will be accepted in 2025, the final year of the initiative.
Participants will also have opportunities to network with previous Grand Challenges catalyst award recipients and hear their tips and advice for developing full catalyst proposals. The proposal deadline is April 25 at 5 p.m. CST.
