Last month, I shared slides of the results of the Employee Development Program Needs Assessment I conducted in the Fall. Based on the needs assessment results, I identified next steps for the Libraries’ Employee Development Program. These next steps include formalizing our approach to employee development at the Libraries and developing foundational employee development resources.
Next week, I am hosting a session to discuss the results of the Employee Development Program Needs Assessment with all faculty and staff. Please join to learn more about the next steps of our employee development program build. I will also be sharing the plan for exciting learning and development opportunities coming up!
