As part of our employee Development Program foundational approach, we want to re-emphasize a learning organization culture at the Libraries. So what exactly do we mean by a “Learning Organization”?
In this session, we will introduce (or re-introduce) the concept of a Learning Organization. We’ll talk about the characteristics and benefits of this type of organizational culture and focus on learning. We will also discuss how we are currently operating as a Learning Organization in the Libraries and what we can do to advance our efforts.
