In addition to the self-assessment training offered to all Faculty and Staff, the Libraries are offering a self-assessment support training for supervisors. In this training, we will discuss supervisors’ roles around employees’ self-assessments.

It is recommended that supervisors also attend or watch the employee self-assessment training prior to attending the supervisor self-assessment support training. The foundational guidance presented in the employee training will help supervisors approach their own self-assessments, as well as strengthen their support to employees’ self-assessments.
