We are excited to invite you to participate in a new research initiative that we are starting to build here at UNL - a Community for Arthropod Research, Education, and Materials Innovation (CAREMI). To engage with us on this exciting journey, please register for the ½-day symposium (August 21) and apply to participate in the 1.5-day Research Jam (August 21 – 22) using this link: https://go.unl.edu/research-jam
Following the mini-symposium, we will host a 1.5 day externally facilitated ‘Arthropod Research Jam’ (afternoon of the 21st and full day August 22nd). This will be an in-person event with an application process and a limited number of spaces available. The goal of the research jam is to spark innovative research ideas, catalyze collaboration, and chart a future research agenda with the potential for significant impact. We invite colleagues from any discipline to apply and especially welcome junior faculty.
