SUMMARY:From Idea to Startup Workshop

DESCRIPTION:This two-day workshop will provide tools for aspiring entrepren
 eurs who want to start their own business. It will cover topics including 
 idea validation\, entity formation and funding a startup. Local business f
 ounders will discuss their entrepreneurial journeys\, and guest speakers w
 ill share resources about intellectual property protection\, business acce
 lerator programs\, grants and other support programs. There also will be o
 pportunities to network with other campus innovators and experts from the 
 Nebraska startup ecosystem.\n\nAudience\: This workshop is open to all uni
 versity of Nebraska faculty\, staff\, postdocs\, students\, and community 
 partners as well. The workshop will be especially helpful for startups bas
 ed on university intellectual property (IP). However\, you do not need to
