S.T.I.R. stands for Share, Think, Inspire, Relax and were created for students to learn more about what the College’s professors are researching but also a time to enjoy snacks, a drink, and relax. The professor has 15 minutes to present their topic, after which students and faculty are encouraged to discuss the topic.

Prof. Rick Duncan will present “303 Creative v. Elenis and Compelled Wedding Vendor Speech,” which will cover (Masterpiece Cakeshop 2.0 with the free speech issue clearly before the Court). Prof. Duncan currently serves on a Scholars’ amicus brief in 303 Creative, and has written extensively on the compelled speech issue.
