This workshop will focus on you as Community Leaders, to conduct you to identifying and implementing leadership skills at work and in community settings. Drawing from the latest findings in Cultural Wisdom and Positive Psychology, participants will be guided to implement immediate, short-term, and long-term goals and objectives to fulfill their roles in leadership. Materials will be provided to develop a map of leadership, identify the key areas of personal leadership, and implement the equation of goals + resources + accountability.

The cost for this event is $25 per person. Payments can be made by credit card at El Centro’s website or by cash or check on-site. Lunch and snacks are provided. Registration is required. RSVP by Friday, October 21, 2022.
