Join the Black Law Student Association for the compelling stories of two black men, both convicted at age 17. Shakur Abdullah was convicted at 17 years old, released, and has committed his life to service. Hear his story and the parallels to Earnest Jackson’s case from attorney Daniel Gutman. This talk will shine a light on the experiences of black men who encounter our criminal justice system and provide an opportunity to ask questions to an attorney familiar with the field.
