Small talk can be awkward and confusing, and for some reason overly concerned about the weather. But what if small talk isn’t pointless chatter, but actually a powerful tool for well being, connection, and career growth? In this session, we’ll tackle the myths and missteps of small talk, offer memorable conversation starters, and teach you how to keep a chat flowing (and even how to end it gracefully). You’ll leave with practical tips—and maybe even a new appreciation for small talk. Be Advised: You will have to talk to someone in this session!
