Leonard Pitts, Jr., Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist, journalist and novelist, returns to Lincoln for and a workshop sponsored by the Interfaith Peacemaking Coalition on Sunday, April 15, 1:30 p.m., at First United Methodist Church of Lincoln, 2723 N. 50th St.
Pitts keynote will be instructive on how we might better communicate and stand with those facing racism and bigotry. He will lend insight on how to have a civil exchange with those who have a different point of view from our own or with whom we disagree. A panel of local experts will follow Pitt’s talk.
