The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln-OLLI at UNL-will have a free open house on Sunday, Jan 13, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at the downtown Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel, 333 S. 13th St.

The institute’s courses, events and travel opportunities are designed specifically for people age 50 years plus. OLLI at UNL creates opportunities for learning, civic involvement, personal growth and just plain fun. OLLI is all about the joy of learning.

Join or Renew membership

OLLI and its partners will be hosting informational tables. Representatives from OLLI courses and events will be available to answer questions.

OLLI offers more than 220 courses and events each year.

A $50 mid-year membership is valid through July 31, 2019.

Registration for courses and events begins after the open house on Tuesday, Jan 15.

Courses begin on Monday, Jan 28.
