Learn how to become a “master couple” and create a lifetime of love built on deep friendship, healthy conflict, and shared meaning.

Based on the internationally acclaimed research of Drs. John and Julie Gottman, the Seven Principles program is designed to strengthen your marriage or committed relationship.

This educational and experiential class is designed for any couple in a committed relationship. You and your partner will learn:
- How to foster respect, affection, and closeness in your relationship
- Build and share a deeper connection with each other
- How to keep conflict discussions calm, how to break through conflicted gridlock, and how to strengthen and maintain the gains in your relationship

Saturday, February 18th, from 9 am-3 pm at the East Campus Union, Room TBA.

Participants must purchase the Seven Principles Couples Set, which includes: two workbooks, one copy of The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, and Love Maps and Open-Ended Questions card decks.
