In this session we explore the concept of Constructive Engagement and how to prepare students and teams to engage in meaningful conversations across differences of experience and beliefs. Participants will be asked to reflect on assumptions and stakes that are often embedded these conversations, to develop skills and guidelines for leading constructive engagement, and to identify pitfalls that can often emerge and derail constructive engagement.
