On November 11, the LGBTQA+ Resource Center will be having a day long fundraiser at Barnes & Noble bookstore on 5150 O St. This fundraiser helps us provide funding for future events with Spectrum UNL and The Change, as well as reimbursing students for our trip to MBLGTACC (the Midwest Bisexual Lesbian Gay College Conference), which is an annual conference held to connect, educate and empower LGBTQIA+ college students. We’ll be hanging out all through the day, coloring and playing board games so stop by the store and purchase books, gifts, DVDs, etc. and come meet and spend some time with us! Food and beverages purchased at their cafe also count! Just let them know you are there for the fundraiser.
