Join UPC in the Nebraska Union Ballroom to participate in a Self Defense Class taught by instructors from Swanson’s Martial Arts, Nicole Swanson and Jason Swanson.
A 90-minute self defense class will be taught by two martial arts instructors
This event is FREE and open to UNL students with Event Pass
Students MUST RSVP for a spot and the waitlist (Capacity 30-35 students)
Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis from the RSVP
*Before beginning the class, a Swanson’s Martial Arts Waiver will need to be signed*
