The UNL Economics Department will host a seminar; “The NWIMBY Effect (No WalMart In My Backyard): Big Box Stores and Residential Property Values” presented by Professor Kristina Lybecker Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics and Business at Colorado College. Professor Lybecker received her Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley. The seminar is scheduled from 12:15 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. Thursday, October 22, 2009 in room CBA 222.
