Interested in putting your problem-solving skills to the test for a chance at thousands in cash prizes? Grab some friends and sign up to compete in the inaugural Tenaska Business Challenge hosted here on campus!
In teams of 3-4 undergraduate students from any major, you’ll compete against your peers to present your solutions to the provided case. Starting on Monday, February 6, your team has one week to submit your presentation for a chance to win. Top teams will present in person on Friday, February 17 and from there the top two teams go on to represent the university in a regional competition, facing other universities on Thursday, February 23 for a chance to win more cash prizes! Each round of the competition offers the following cash prizes:
1st place: $2,000
2nd place: $1,500
3rd place: $1,000
*Additional smaller awards will also be presented
This challenge is sponsored by Tenaska, one of the largest privately held companies in the United States and a leader in the energy industry. They want to hear from YOU! Hosted by the College of Business, any undergraduate student can sign up to apply their knowledge and solve a real-world problem. Register to compete by Tuesday, January 31 at: https://business.unl.edu/unltenaskachallenge.
