The Rangeland Analysis Platform (RAP),a web-based app, is a monitoring tool that provides land managers the ability to monitor rangeland cover over time. Nadine Bishop is currently the State Rangeland Management Specialist for the Nebraska National Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and will present on the subject.
