Speed interviews are one of the latest trends in the job search process. This format gives employers the ability to meet with multiple candidates briefly in an organized and controlled way. Multiple people are simultaneously conducting one-on-one interviews with different candidates. After 5-15 minutes, each candidate then moves on to another round with a different individual. This process is used to screen candidates at the beginning of the hiring process.

Just like in a real speed interview, each participant in this workshop will be briefly interviewed by four different Graduate Studies staff members. Each interview will last 30 minutes and will include time for feedback and discussion.
