Senior students in the Krutsinger Beef Industry Scholars minor program plan the Nebraska Beef Industry Summit as part of their ASCI 481 “Beef Summit” class. The class has conversations with producers and industry professionals to identify potential topics for the event. The class then builds the agenda and schedules the speakers for the summit with support from Nebraska Cattlemen.
