The United States appears to be split into two distinct areas – an urbanized “Blue” region characterized by social and cultural liberalism and the “Red” rural regions that resist social and demographic changes while resenting coastal elitism. Is the nation experiencing a tragic decline or is it on the brink of a remarkable revival? Presenters will explore this topic from social, economic and political perspectives.
