Take advantage of Wellness 101! Schedule a time to learn more about your personal Wellness through individual assessments. Learn more about small, but meaningful things that you can do to improve your Wellness, at your own pace and about the resources available on campus. Individuals should plan about 15 minutes to complete the screening event. Time slots are available in 15 minute increments. Sign up for a time that works best in your schedule. The screenings available are listed below. Individuals are not required to complete all screenings to participate in the event.
