Ranching for Profitability Series

As beef producers look ahead to 2017, what will the upcoming year bring? The annual “Ranching for Profitability” series will be held across Nebraska in January to cover timely beef issues.

Nebraska Extension beef specialists and educators will cover a variety of topics that may influence the cowherd. To find out what topics will be covered at a local meeting, check with the local extension contact.

January 17 - O’Neill (Holt County Courthouse Annex a.m.) and Ainsworth (Zion Lutheran Church 4-10 p.m.)

January 18 – Valentine (Peppermill Restaurant 10am-2pm) and Brewster (Uncle Bucks p.m.)

January 19 – Gordon (Gordon City Hall 10am-2pm) and Kimball (4-H Building pm)

January 24 – Burwell (Burwell Legion Club basement a.m.) and Broken Bow (Country Club 5-9 p.m.)

January 25 – Lexington (Dawson County Extension Office a.m.) and Brady (Brady Community Center p.m.)
