Join us for the 3rd Annual Well-being Fest event on the Meier Commons and Union Plaza. Activities include goat yoga and vendor fair with freebies, games and prize drawings!
A Campus Recreation Yoga Instructor will guide you through a gentle yoga class while goats are led by their trainers to interact with you. Afterward, you’re welcome to pose for pictures and spend extra time with the goats from Shepherd’s Rest Goat and Sheep Rescue, a Nebraska non-profit with a mission to give goats and sheep a forever home.
Goat Yoga sessions:
• 10:00 a.m -10:45 a.m.
• 11:15 a.m. - Noon
Vendors related to well-being will offer additional info and tips about how to thrive during your time as a Nebraska student. Stop by to connect and learn more!
Free to UNL students with NCard!
Registration will be required for goat yoga and space is limited. All participants must sign a waiver. Sign up at https://go.unl.edu/fitness-classes
