County Histories are a valuable resource for family history researchers. Often they include information about the establishment of the county including the history of its development as well as biographical sketches of many of the citizens of that county.
Eva Bachman, director, Graduate Student Support & Associate Registrar, will review of the advantages and cautions of using them in family histories will be included in the session on November 21 at 11:30 a.m. Participants are encouraged to “bring their own discoveries” from these sources to the session.
