Employer Information: The FDIC supervises America’s banks, including a majority of the country’s community banks, for financial safety and soundness, risk management, and compliance with consumer protection laws. The FDIC offers nationwide internship and recent graduate hiring opportunities into formal bank examiner training programs. The examiner career path places you on the front lines of America’s banking and financial services industry, performing mission-critical work and traveling the country in a unique role that only a few experience. As a trainee, you develop the skills needed to address the banking industry’s evolving requirements, and to advance in your career.
