Each participant will receive a supervisor’s guide for difficult conversations using emotional intelligence. This training will help supervisors focus on emotional regulation, learn patience, and assist employees with problem solving skills. This training is helpful to new supervisors as well as experienced supervisors that would like to develop their emotional intelligence.
