Join resource professionals for discussions of prairie strips and their benefits, including a look into CP43, the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) option for prairie strips. Presentations from Iowa State University’s Prairie STRIPS, University of Nebraska Lincoln Extension, and other groups will be followed by a provided lunch and two site visits. The site visits will be to the prairie strip plots at the Stumpf Center and to a nearby active CP43 contract to see CRP in effect.
