Nebraska Extension 4-H Youth Development hosts PASE/Life Challenge Sunday, June 19 through Tuesday June 21, 2016, on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s East Campus. This event is open to 4-H youth ages 10 through 18 and a registration fee will be required. Youth interested in animal science can participate in meats judging, poultry contest, a livestock skill-a-thon, livestock judging, and a quiz bowl. Foods & nutrition, child development and design challenges are available to youth interested in Family and Consumer Sciences. In addition to contests, youth will have the opportunity to stay in campus dorms, participate in various campus tours, and attend social events that involve a dance and bowling. The Governors Ag Excellence Awards Picnic will also be taking place on Monday evening. For additional information contact your local Nebraska Extension Office.
