Why: To effectively educate adults, it is important to have an understanding of how adults learn and how to effectively teach adults. This workshop will help you to redesign your training programs, and critique training programs based on andragogy and principles of teaching and learning. This interactive workshop will provide you with the knowledge and skill to apply adult learning principles, experiential learning concepts, and learning style preferences to your current and future adult programing. Participants will select one of their current adult training program outlines and redesign it during this engaging workshop, and will leave this workshop with a product that can be used immediately.
