YQCA (Youth for the Quality Care of Livestock) - deadline June 1
Each 4-H and FFA livestock exhibitor of livestock, dairy, poultry & rabbits must
complete 3 modules (with a score of 80% or better) by June 1 to be eligible to show at the County Fair, State Fair & Ak-Sar-Ben. Two options are offered - face to face
training ($3.00) or online web-based training ($12.00). Face to face trainings will be very limited - so we
encourage you to do the online training as soon as possible. YOUTH MUST BE REGISTERED FOR 4-H
ONLINE PRIOR TO TAKING THE TRAINING. YOU MUST PRINT your certificate with each completed course and bring, send, fax or email to our Extension Office and we will verify your certification for 2018.
NOTE: Youth who have completed all modules in your age division in the previous Livestock Quality Assurance program will be “grandfathered” into YQCA until you move to the next age division. Bring in all your certificates by June 1.
