Eric Thompson, Karl H. Nelson Associate Professor of Economics and the director of the Nebraska Bureau of Business Research will summarize an annual report on the Lincoln economy which the Bureau develops for the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development.
The presentation will track progress in the Lincoln economy over the last year and the 2007 to 2017 period in key indicators such as gross domestic product, labor force, employment, housing, taxable sales and retail capture. A 10-year population forecast will also be provided for the Lincoln Metropolitan Area.
This event is open to the public. There is no cost for this webinar but registration is required to receive the Zoom Meeting ID and online password. Last day for registration is May 17, 2018.
