Prairie Invertebrates:
If you are interested in learning about the small critters that inhabit our prairies, then please come join us for a morning on the prairie identifying the insects with Hastings College Professor William Beachly.
We will be out with nets collecting insects and learning about their role in the prairie ecosystem. Please wear sturdy shoes and reusable water bottle.
When: Saturday, May 26,2018

Where: The Nature Conservancy’s Derr House Facilities South of the Wood River I80 exit
13650 South Platte Rive Drive
This will count as continued education for Master Naturalists.
The public is welcome.
Light refreshments will be offered.
