For our first class of the semester, we will be demonstrating two dishes: Beef with Trumpet Mushrooms and Potato Egg Soup. The class will demonstrate step-by-step instructions and students will have the opportunity to give it a try. Register at our website.
Since the cooking class is one of our more popular classes, registration is on a first come first serve basis. Students are not considered registered until we have received the registration fee. The registration fee is $20.00 and is used to cover the cost of ingredients, utensils, and clean-up.
