Is an old criminal charge or conviction getting in the way of you finding housing, the job you want, public benefit or an education? Setting aside your conviction or sealing a dismissed criminal record may help!

You are eligible for a set aside if you were: convicted of a crime and sentenced to probation, community service, and/or a fine, you successfully completed your sentence, and you have not committed any crimes for at least two years. You are eligible to get your criminal case sealed if the criminal charge against you was dismissed or you were acquitted of the crime.
