Dan Kurzrock had a lightbulb moment while in the middle of his hobby of brewing beer. ReGrained rescues the nutritious grain created every time that beer is brewed. The company upcycles this grain into SuperGrain flour and incorporates it into products such as the Honey Cinnamon IPA Bar and the Chocolate Coffee Stout Bar. The company has entered multiple chains of grocery stores across the country and is available in Nebraska at Fresh Thyme. This presentation will be a discussion on how ReGrained grew from a concept to a nationally distributed brand.
